I’ve started displaying some of the kids’ crafts at church, instead of sending them home right away.  I love to see their artwork on the walls and I think it gives them a feeling of ownership and belonging in our children’s area at church.  Plus it shows parents and others what the kids are doing at church and the types of things they’re learning about.  I rotate things out as we have new items to display.  The old items get sent home and new ones are put up.  I have no idea whether or not the kids’ crafts get displayed at home, but at least they’ve been treasured for a time at church.
